• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely.

  International buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will package and ship your order within two business days of receiving it.

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. These items will be shipped by USPS.

  USPS international shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 4 weeks depending on your location and customs procedures.

• How is my order packed?

  Your piece(s) will be flat-packed. I'll first wrap the piece in glassine or tracing paper. Then I'll secure the piece between two pieces of cardboard or lightweight foamcore to ensure the package cannot bend and that the piece does not slide around during transit. Finally, I'll wrap this package in plastic to help keep any water or moisture out.

• How do I add insurance, get a tracking number, or get signature confirmation?

  These additional shipping options will increase the cost of shipping. So if you want any of them, please just leave me a note during the checkout process.

  I'll get in touch with you to determine the additional shipping options you want, provide you with the price for these options, and send you an additional PayPal invoice for the additional cost. Upon receiving payment, I'll go ahead and ship your order.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
